First months of the PoVE WATER project has been productive in all respects. Project partner cluster CREA Hydro&Energy set up the final project team and in January attended the kick-off meeting in Brussels.

 During the small regional project meeting in Brno, organized in February, we introduced the main outputs from the partner meeting in Brussels to our stakeholders and opened discussion with the representative of the South Moravian region, representative of Mendel University and VET school in Brno. VET school was also acquainted with the possibility to participate in European Water Technology Week 2020 in Leeuwarden which was warmly welcomed and nowadays, are being planned next steps.

CREA Hydro&Energy is preparing a methodology draft of the project Impact Evaluation. Along with the questionnaire, methodology tool serves for assessing and providing information about the project impact, changes produced during project period affecting both project partners and stakeholders.

 Mendel University project team has been extended by two researchers Dr.  Jana Markova and Ing. Ondrej Hemr. Researchers complemented the project team with the objective to communicate with secondary schools and other educational stakeholders to prepare tools serving to vocational education on the school level.

Mendel University has started to prepare a school consortium. In this phase, it is planned to contact possible partners and compile the networks consisting of one university, five secondary schools and one non-government educational organization.

Organizationally, university set the project contracts, induced some meetings of project team and project team and stakeholders. One of the main objectives in this phase is to start searching for other supporting financial tools (Erasmus+ etc.) sponsoring related project activities.
